A journey back to yourself
when we step away from the rhythm of everyday life and create the space to simply be.
For me, a retreat is not about escaping life. It is about returning to ourselves with greater presence, clarity and compassion. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, quiet the mind and remember what truly matters.
Each retreat is intentionally intimate and thoughtfully designed to offer a meaningful and deeply personal experience. Rather than following a rigid programme, I allow space for presence, intuition and the natural rhythm of the group, creating an environment where every participant feels seen, supported and free to experience the journey in their own way.
Depending on the location and the intention of each retreat, the experience may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, New Moon and Full Moon rituals, astrological guidance, mindful practices, time in nature, and moments of silence, reflection and genuine connection.
Whether by the sea, in the mountains or surrounded by forests, every retreat is inspired by the wisdom of nature and created with the intention of restoring balance, cultivating inner peace and creating space for meaningful transformation.
No previous experience is necessary.
Only an open heart and a willingness to pause.
Who are these retreats for?
These retreats are open to anyone seeking greater balance, clarity and a deeper connection with themselves.
Whether you are navigating a period of change, wishing to deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with nature, or simply take a conscious pause from the demands of everyday life, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Current & Upcoming Retreats
Every retreat is unique, shaped by its location, the season, the people who gather and the intention we share.
Whether held by the sea, in the mountains or immersed in nature, each experience is thoughtfully created to support rest, self-discovery, meaningful connection and personal transformation.
I look forward to welcoming you on a future retreat.
“The most meaningful journey is the one that brings us home to ourselves.”
